Biography

Kelsey Prissel is a petrologist interested in planetary differentiation and the chemical evolution of magmas on rocky planetary bodies. Her research expertise includes experimental petrology, elemental diffusion, isotopic fractionation, and reflectance spectroscopy. Previous projects have focused on understanding the geochemistry of igneous processes on the Moon, Earth, Mars, and Mercury.
