Optical Microscopy
The Optical Microscopy Laboratory allows for the observation and selected analysis
of geological, material, and life science samples. Capabilities include light
microscopes with reflected and transmitted modes and fluorescence microscopy.
Images are collected using a digital format.

Inside the Optical Microscopy Laboratory: A highly diversed range of reflected
and transmission optical microscopes with high resolution digital imaging capabilities
are used for petrographic characterization of lunar and meteorite samples.
