Research/Engineering Interests

Dr. Simon J. Clemett is a Senior Planetary Scientist for JETS at NASA Johnson Space Center has been studying organics in extraterrestrial materials for nearly 20 years. His field of expertise is the in situ trace organic analysis of materials using laser spectroscopy techniques, and is responsible for the design, construction, and operation of a unique ultra-L2MS facility at NASA JSC
