Biography

Zach Roberts is an IT Solutions Specialist within NASA Johnson Space Center’s (JSC) Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) division under the Jacobs JETS II contract. He specializes in ensuring the security and compliance of mission-critical computer systems and servers, and in resolving high-complexity technical support issues.
