Biography
Wilfredo is a geospatial scientist, part of the Crew Lunar Observations Team within the Artemis Lunar Science Team. He contributes to Artemis missions through imagery capture and management, mission operations and tools development. He also uses geospatial technologies to support planetary analog expeditions and astronaut training for future Artemis missions.
Wilfredo supports the ISS Crew Earth Observations payload, which targets and requests sites on Earth to be photographed from the International Space Station (ISS) for research purposes and disaster response efforts. He also supports the NASA Disaster Response Coordination System as Center Response Coordinator for Johnson Space Center.
