Biography
Mr. Stevens has been a contractor with NASA since February 1998. He started with NASA supporting JSC Human Resource Applications that tracked the Civil Servant on-boarding, organization movements, and off-boarding statistics, comparing the NASA workforce against the Relevant Civilian Labor Force (Census) statistics, and the Astronaut Selection Information.
Mr. Stevens then developed the NASA Organizational Profile System (NOPS) - a twelve page supervisors tool providing statistics for the NASA Agency. He then went on to support Agency systems: Workforce Transformation Tracking System (WTTS) and Enter on Duty System (EODS), which covered the Government required on-boarding forms.
Mr. Stevens was a contributing developer to the updated Astronaut Candidate System (ASCAN) and later followed that system as it transitioned to Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) business applications.
In FOD, Mr. Stevens supported the Astronaut Training System, FOD's budgetary system as well as the Schedule Issue/Change Form (SIF) application - a tracking and workflow system for International Space Station Issues.
Mr. Stevens currently supports the Exploration, Architecture, Integration, and Science (EAIS) group as Lead Software developer and manages the development process and projects within the organization.
