Biography
Micrometeoroid and Orbital Debris (MMOD) analysis and protection
Expertise across the MMOD subject, including:
• use of the Bumper analysis tool
• creation of finite element models for Bumper analysis
• hypervelocity impact physics and ballistic limit equations
• support for hypervelocity impact testing
• MMOD environments and their models, including ORDEM and MEM
Worked for Lockheed Martin on the Orion program for 15 years before joining ARES in 2022.
