Biography
Andrea Wenzel is a Geoscientist and Section Manager for the Earth Science and Remote Sensing Unit (ESRS) and Exploration Science groups. She is a payload operator and astronaut crew trainer for the Crew Earth Observations payload and works with astronaut photography from the International Space Station.
Additionally, Wenzel has geologic research experience with structural geology, igneous petrology, and rock magnetism of terrestrial peridotites and completed her Master's thesis on Martian shergottite NWA 6963.
