  • Description: This “Pathways to Careers in NASA Science” webinar event, hosted by the Texas Space Grant SEES (STEM Enhancement in Earth Science) Summer High School Intern Program, engaged mostly high school participants with three Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who work as part of NASA’s Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) Division as Jacobs/JETS contractors. Scientists S. J. Ralston, Joanna Clark and Jordyn-Marie Dudley shared the different paths they took that led them to their current careers working at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas. Registrants for this event were from ~32 states, Puerto Rico and 5 countries.

  • Target Audience: Educator-led student groups, Educators, College Students/Interns
    This event targeted high school, community college, and undergraduate students. Educators were also invited to attend.
