  • Description: This FREE NASA Astromaterials Research and Exploration Science (ARES) interactive webinar engaged educators (informal and formal) students in grades ~4-12 plus college students/interns as they interacted with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Kellye Pando and Erika Blumenfeld who shared a virtual tour of NASA’s Antarctic Meteorite Lab at the NASA Johnson Space Center as well as the Astromaterials 3D project. Additional SMEs including Paige Graff, Roger Harrington, Cecilia Satterwhite, Suzanne Foxworth, Kim Willis, and Rossina Miller also joined the webinar to help answer live participant questions during the session. Participants from 34 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Finland, Indonesia, India, Nigeria, Philippines, and Switzerland registered for this event.
