Proper Usage of the Disks


Once you recieve the Disk package please follow these instructions:

  1. Sign the assignment forms and immediately return them in the self-addressed envelope to the Education Sample Curator.
  2. Observe all Security requirements as written in the Loan Agreement and Security Forms.
  3. Promptly report any sample loss or damage to the Education Sample Curator, phone # 281-483-3154.
  4. Instruct students to carefully avoid scratching the surface of the sample disk. Use the cloth disk holder under the disk at all times.
